AMARO is seeking a Paid Media Analyst to scale up both our performance and branding efforts. You'll be joining the squad focused on lower and upper funnel communications, media optimization (online and offline) and responsible for driving the company's growth.
You seek to have a significant impact and ownership of a significant marketing budget at a workplace that values taking controlled risks and collaborative work. You'll be responsible for our Brandformance (Branding + Performance) front, helping AMARO reach a large number of people without forgetting the performance and analytical perspective.What you'll do:
- Become an expert in online media channels, such as Google, Facebook, TikTok and Pinterest Ads as well as offline media channels such as pay TV, shopping malls and other relevant channels;
- Structure and execute AMARO's upper funnel media plan, understanding the best budget allocation among channels;
- Develop new projects and initiatives to reach new people with a data-driven mindset;
- Understand the impact of consideration and awareness campaigns on different company's KPIs;
- Work closely with Brand Image team to understand and create the best videos, images and formats to acquire new customers;
- Work closely with Acquisition and Retention's Tribe leadership to develop new strategies and report the results of our Brandformance campaigns;
- Test new media channels and communications, measuring their impact on our business;
- Support the Paid Media Squad by creating a full-funnel communication that will positively impact performance marketing campaigns;
- Be in constant contact with industry innovation, always staying on top of marketing activities, trends, digital marketing events and new technologies in order to bring new insights.Imagine if your job could impact millions of people's lives in a global scope.
