What you will do
We are currently seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable SOC L3 Lead Analyst to manage and oversee the security operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the SOC team, maintaining a high level of security awareness and incident response capability, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the team through your respective shift, including managing daily incidents, providing feedback and coaching to team members, and ensuring that key targets and objectives are met.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the SOC, including monitoring of security systems, responding to incidents, and managing security events.
• Develop and implement security policies and procedures, ensuring that they are communicated effectively to team members and other stakeholders.
• Ensure that the SOC team is equipped with the necessary tools and resources to effectively respond to security incidents.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including other internal teams, customers, and external partners.
• Work with other members of the SOC team to identify and mitigate security risks, vulnerabilities and threats.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, technologies, and threats, and ensure that the SOC team is equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills.
• Provide support to the SOC Manager on various security projects and initiatives.

• Strong knowledge of security technologies such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, and firewalls, XDR.
• Experience with SOC technology and tools (SIEM/SOAR, Detection Engineering, XDR/EDR)
Desired Qualifications
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team of security professionals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Relevant security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, and/or SANS GIAC.
