Whether it's churning gigabytes of eCommerce data, using AI to recommend the latest trends, or understanding our customers better than anyone else, we use data to promote FARFETCH's growth. **THE ROLE** The Marketplace Data Product Management team is responsible for empowering business units with data solutions to provide customers with the best-personalized luxury experience. Your role will be accountable for the structured data that feeds these solutions, both in operational and analytical use cases. You will work simultaneously with data engineering teams and business units to design best-in-class data products, ensuring unencumbered access to high-quality, timely, and relevant data. You will define and manage the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the teams and lead detailed scoping sessions to translate business needs into technical requirements. The role offers both breadth of the business area and data subject, with business units including Marketing, Product and Finance, and products covering CRM feeds, third-party marketing data, and competitor price benchmarking. It is a real opportunity to embed yourself within the full spectrum of the Marketplace and gain great visibility and understanding of the company.


- Translate business needs into technical requirements which can be successfully delivered against - Define and track metrics to measure effectiveness and identify the leading indicators that prove we are meeting our desired outcomes - Distill the vision and strategy to the team so that all team members embrace and champion the vision - Identify new missions and objectives, lead and manage the creation and maintenance of the roadmaps and understand how the team can achieve its goals, by leading the team to be able to identify opportunities, which will drive significant business impact - Communicate product plans, benefits, and results, as appropriate, to a spectrum of audiences - Champion a product-led approach to delivery and support the product management team in driving these ways of working across the organisation - Analyse existing products to identify and deliver areas of improvement


- Experience in Product Management or a similar role (3+ years experience) - Data Modeling background or experience working closely with BI teams - A fast thinker, able to manage multiple tasks/priorities simultaneously, respond to work with urgency, and understand deadlines - A team player, able to easily build relationships with the different people around the business, at different levels of the organisation (from C-Level to Analyst) in addition to the ability to influence change in stakeholders - A strategic thinker with an emphasis on operational and commercial excellence - Strive for excellence, someone willing to go above and beyond to ensure that we can exceed expectations of our customers
