AMARO is seeking an Operations Lead to oversee all lookbook operations across 4 departments (fashion, beauty, wellness and home) in a high growth environment.
The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, loves processes, is hungry for efficiency and challenges status quo. Prior experience in operations, project management or planning is required as well as 2+ years managing teams. What you'll do:
- Lead end to end e-commerce image production into an efficient operation with scale and with significantly higher output of image production across 4 departments (fashion, beauty, wellness, and home).
- Develop strategies to optimize workflows to deliver within tighter timeframes, lower costs and higher desirability of products thus increasing conversion rate. You must be hungry for efficiency and urgency, thus lead continuous improvement of workflows, processess and systems.
- Lead the Lookbook Operations squad comprised by stylists, photographers, image editors, operations assistants, among others, to support scale of AMARO. You will train, mentor and motivate each team member to deliver their best.
- Instill a results oriented culture for the squad, establishing clear KPIs for each member and reporting lookbook operations weekly results
- Manage and coordinate day to day running of studios, including scheduling photo days, hiring models, producing scenography, and studio/equipment mainteinance. Thus, you will roll your sleeves to get day to day things done, on top of leading strategic optimizations.
- Define priorities to accelerate product uploads upon emergencies. In periods of high demand, you will solve problems and define priorities to accelerate image production operations.
- Manage e-commerce image production budget
- Work collaborative with stakeholders including Logistics, Category Managers and Creative Director to deliver an efficient operation while also aligning to creative guidelines.What you have previously done:
- +3 years work experience in operations, logistics, supply chain or planning.
- +2 years managing teams What your qualifications are:
- Education: Bachelor in Engineering, Business, Operations, Supply Chain or similar.
- Level of English: Advanced
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, thus can translate complex issues into improvements recommendations.
- Strong sense of urgency and time management
- Advanced level of excel and previous experience with ERP and inventory management systems.Who you are & your beliefs:
