Kenvue is currently recruiting for:
Sênior Developer for Data Analytics (Fixed Term 12 months)
This position reports into SC Exc Performance Management and Analytics manager and is based at São José dos Campos.
What will you do
The Sr. Developer for Data Analytics is responsible for Building and maintaining Supply Chain Dashboards in Power BI and Tableau, supporting change management projects such as solutions rewiring with global data lakes and other scrum related activities in a strong and collaborative environment:
Key Responsibilities
· Build dashboards in Power BI and Tableau to visualize key performance indicators and metrics
· Connect data sources such as Azure data lakes, Sharepoint lists, Excel files, and text files
· Automate tasks with Python, Power Platform, and Alteryx
· Integrate Scrum teams and work with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
· Use JIRA to manage work and track progress
· Continuously seek opportunities to improve and optimize data visualization processes
· Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices

· Experience working with Scrum teams and using JIRA for project management
· Strong communication skills and ability to work in a highly collaborative environment
· Willingness to learn and adapt to a strong influential culture and VUCA market
· Self-disciplined and able to follow the Scrum framework
Desired Qualifications
· Product Owner experience and PSPO certification are a plus, but not required
