The FP&A team is recruiting for an Sr. Financial Analyst responsible to providing financial analytics and insights to support Planning and Reporting activities. Innovative thinking, fluid communication and agile mindset are necessary to handle daily activities.

What You Will Do 

The Sr. FP&A Data Analyst may be responsible for the following:

 

General Responsibilities

·       Budget vs Actual updates, support and analysis;

·       Create analytics to support business decision to improve P&L and BS/FCF productivity.

·       FP&A processes enhancement: eliminate non value activities, improve efficiency and use tools and data to create value;

·       Develop new tools to support self-service way of work

·       Business partnering with several stakeholders including senior leadership

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

·       A minimum of a bachelor’s Degree is required in area related to Finance/ Accounting or Engineering/Business Management

·       4-6 years of experience

·       Previous Experience in FP&A is required

·       Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills

·       The ability to identify, recommend and implement process improvements

·       Advanced/Fluent Skills in English is required (presentations, listening and written).


 



Desired Qualifications

·       Previous experience in shaping & driving strategic initiatives and leveraging technology to deliver automated reporting and analytics will be a plus

·       Experience with systems mainly SAP / Microsoft office / Business Intelligence Tools / Data warehousing (Power BI, Power Automate, Tableau, Alteryx, SQL…) is desirable

·       Advanced/Fluent Skills in Spanish is desirable (presentations, listening and written).
