Descrição do cargo

- Research: Conduct and oversee market research, competitive environment/benchmarking, category sizing, target group definition, pricing study, demand curve elasticity
- Category business plan: write go-to-market strategy of category, revenue target, assortment breakdown, positioning / targets, right to win / who we take market share from, inspiration mood board
- Design & Sourcing: oversee products design, develop samples, negotiate pricing, source with manufacturing partners. Build a strong and resilient supply chain that meet quality expectations
- Go-to-market tactical plan: customer journey roll-out, communication, product descriptions, lookbook guidance
- Analysis: customer focus groups, deep dive on-site behavior, purchase, social media and customer review data. Develop thesis on product market fit.
- Own P&L, iterate & quarterback: make adjustments to assortment, product quality, pricing, target group, traffic generation, and quarterback process end-to-end.


- At least 5-year experience in product management or a similar position
- High level negotiation experience
- At least 3-year experience in people management
