Lead, mentor and continue to build an amazing team of smart, highly skilled multidisciplinary development team (Back End, Front End, Mobile and ERP).

Career development and guidance will be an integral activity of this position.

Demonstrated success in leading a team on a tech and data driven organization.

Interact with Product team to ensure business needs are met.

Guarantee top quality software development.

Help identify and hire top talent developers.


    • BS in Computer Science or relevant technical area
    • Proven software engineering experience
    • At least 3 years experience leading multidisciplinary development teams
    • Proven experience leading agile teams using modern agile methodologies
    • Have worked in a digital company that strives to disrupt the market and often itself
    • Fluent English

    • Strong communication and people skills.
    • Hands-on visionary: you think big, craft a compelling vision for your department and are able convince others to follow you
    • Master of multiple domains: you bridge the gap between business, technology and people
