The objective of this position is to develop global insights for Avon Masterbrand, communication and media. This position is business partner of Creative & Content, Media and Communication teams, and has great interaction with Advetising agencies, media agencies.
The position is resposible for developing and implementing Brand Health Tracking, media tracking, pre and post advertising and digital tests, generate insights to drive new contents and all other studies related to Avon Masterbrand, Communication and Media - both ad hoc, and analytics studies (ex. Media ROI).
The position should also support Avon Corporate communcations and Avon Institute when needed.
The candidate will need to identify the areas that needs deeper understanding and propose new solutions and tools to improve marketing effectiveness, The idea is to revise current studies and be able to propose creative, fast and low cost solutions, develop key partners, methodologies and tools and harmonize them across the world, writing guidelines, best practices and training the team when needed.
Working through the matrix interacting with the different teams and levels of the company, different countries and cultures, it is very important for this person to be able to work virtually, independently and to have very good communication and influence skills to implement proposals.
- Global Brand Health & Media Tracking Implementation,racti management and analyses.
- Social Listening analyses.
- Media understanding, pre and post tests.
- Harmonize ways of working across functions, countries and develop guidelines/ best practices. Revise local practices. Share experience across countries, clusters and categories.
- Ad Hoc Studies to understand media behaviours, content generation and validation.
Support to Global Creative & Content team, Brazil Communication team and GBM teams.
- Fluency in English
- Previous experience in market research, innovation, branding, planning and marketing.
