AMARO is looking for a very proactive CRM Intern that is hands-on and learn fast. You seek to have a significant impact and ownership at a workplace that values taking risks and collaborative work. When you join the team, you'll be expected to contribute for company growth through AB tests, insightful analysis and inovative ideas. You'll have a close relationship with the whole Marketing Department to implement optimizations on our channels, specially with Growth and Analytics Teams.What you'll do:
- Creating Coupons on our platform
- Connecting with team mates to update coupon mechanics
- Provide CH with support on all sorts of coupon issues
- Daily controlling and validation of coupons in partner sites (Pelando, Cuponeria, etc)
- Support CRM channel team on tests and sending campaingsWhat you have previously done:
- You are interested in: digital marketing, web analytics, performance marketing, and project management.
- You were involved in student organizations or took part in some projects during your studies-or even led your own project! You are always excited about new opportunities and love to be proactive. Who you are & your beliefs:
- Have a growth mindset and the belief that intelligence is something that can be developed through effort and practice.
- A self-starter, focused on developing a holistic business approach and fearless of questioning what doesn't make sense to you.
- A very curious person who is passionate about looking beyond the obvious and able to roll up your sleeves to do what is needed.
- An analytical thinker with the ability to view the bigger picture and learn quickly about performance and technology.
- Excited about working as a collaborative team to get the job done.
- Have business and marketing skills, or have completed a related course.What your qualifications are:
- Currently in an undergraduate Bachelor's degree program from a leading university in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or Marketing.
- Comfortable using Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and others)
- Fluent in English, with the ability to easily communicate with other employees, global partners & vendors, and read documents;
- Graduation: December 2022 or laterRewards & Benefits
