AMARO is seeking a smart, communicative and innovative Social Media Analyst to help improve and develop its digital presence. Your work will take our proprietary channels to the next level and you'll be an important part of our marketing activations. RESPONSIBILITIES:Execute day to day operational activities of our main social media channels: Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest;Conceptualize and create compelling content that is original to each platform to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and build the brand lifestyle;Help to create copies and images/videos and curate the best content for each of the five channels;Help developing the social media strategy for our branding campaigns, bringing insights from reports and giving inputs from previous experiences;Be connected to competitors and always on top of social media activities, industry trends, and new technologies to bring new insights;Work alongside other teams to take our Marketing department to the next level and develop campaigns that are consistent across channels;Track social media KPIs to determine campaigns' effectiveness and report key learnings.QUALIFICATIONS:Excellent writing skills (in Portuguese and English);Ability to quickly and spontaneously create social media content in any location or setting;Bachelor in Advertising, Marketing, Journalism or other creative fields of communication;2+ years of experience in the digital/social media space;Experience in a premium women's fashion or beauty brand is a plus;Systems/Tools: PowerPoint, Excel, Photoshop, and Google Analytics skills are a differential;FLUENT in English.PERSONALITY:Good aesthetic sense;24/7 connected;Super communicative, always up for a chat;You love to tell stories and amplify the voice of different people;Passionate about fashion, content and social media;You have an opinion and care about what is happening in the world;Out of the box mindset;Positive attitude and a hands on approach. Flexible with demands and changes in business.
